At MEDELCO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion experience. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your MEDELCO account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
